Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mixed vegetables
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 stick melted butter
    water chestnuts to taste
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix vegetables, celery, onion, Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise. Place in a casserole dish.
    Top with crushed crackers.
    Drizzle with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered.
    Serves 8.
