Mamma'S Brown Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    grease
    3 or 4 heaping Tbsp. flour
    water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Leave enough
    grease
    in
    the skillet after frying meat (pork, beef
    or
    chicken) and add flour on medium-to-high heat and stir constantly with a fork until dark golden brown.
    Then add water and
    cook
    until
    it
    just\twill run out of a spoon. Also, leave the
    crispies
    in
    the
    grease from the fried meat because they add
    a lot of rich flavor.\tSalt and black pepper to taste.
    Serve over hot rice, grits or mashed potatoes.
