Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box butter pecan cake mix with pudding
    1/4 c. poppy seed
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Blend all the ingredients together with an electric mixer for 5 minutes.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Fill each one half full with batter.
    Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
    Let cool.
    Serve plain, with margarine or with cream cheese.
    Makes 2 loaves.
