Vinegar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. lemon extract
    2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
    6 Tbsp. vinegar (white if not too strong)
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all together; boil, watching that it doesn't stick.
    When thick, pour into a baked pie shell.
