Tea Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. nuts
6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation

Blend shortening and vanilla.
Add 4 tablespoons sugar, creaming until fluffy.
Add flour and nuts gradually to shortening mixture, stirring until blended.
Shape dough into rolls 1 1/2 inches long.
Place on baking sheet; bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Roll puffs in powdered sugar while hot.
