Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can Carnation evaporated milk
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients in a large casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    During the last few minutes, top with cheese.
    Serves 12.
