Steak And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
round steak or sirloin, cut into bite size pieces
2 cans mushrooms
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

After preparing steak by cutting into bite size strips; brown in skillet with butter.
After steak is brown, lower heat to medium and place remaining ingredients on top of the steak in the skillet.
Allow to simmer for approximately 35 minutes or until steak is tender.
Serve over cooked Minute rice.
