Snickerdoodle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    cinnamon and sugar
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter together.
    Drop in eggs and mix.
    Sift together salt, flour, cream of tartar and baking soda.
    Add to first mixture and beat until smooth.
    Make a small ball and flatten with fork.
    Place on greased cookie sheet, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
