Banana Split Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 container (15 oz.) part skim Ricotta cheese
2 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
4 small bananas
1 c. pineapple chunks
1 c. fresh raspberries or strawberries
1 c. green grapes
1 1/2 c. raspberry low-fat yogurt
Preparation

In small bowl with electric mixer at high speed, beat Ricotta about 3 minutes or until fluffy.
Blend in sugar and spices. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
