Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; let sit in refrigerator until mixture thickens.
Stir in remaining ingredients and place in mold.
Return to refrigerator to chill and congeal.
