Corn Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold milk
    2 eggs
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift together meal and salt.
    Pour boiling water over cornmeal.
    Add milk immediately to prevent meal from lumping. Pour into well-greased and floured muffin pan.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until done.
