Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
2 c. milk (enough to cover chops)
1 c. Crisco
flour (enough to batter chops)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut grooves in chops and place in milk for 30 minutes. Remove, then salt and pepper to taste.
Batter in flour and cook in electric frying pan in Crisco on medium heat until brown on both sides.
