Pear Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. chopped pears
    cinnamon
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour, add milk and roll dough out. Sprinkle pears onto dough.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Roll up
    into a roll like a jelly roll and slice.
    Melt margarine in an oblong pan; place slices in butter.
    Bring to boil sugar and water.
    Pour over dough mixture.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
