Cashew Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. brown rice, cooked
    2 c. soy milk
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    2 tsp. onion powder
    1 c. cashew pieces, rinsed
    2 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. sage (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onion in 2 teaspoons oil and 2 tablespoons water.
    Put onions in mixing bowl and add rest of ingredients.
    Mix well. Place in oiled casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
