Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. fruit
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place fruit in small baking dish.
    Mix milk, butter, sugar, flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Pour over fruit. Over top of batter sprinkle 1/2 cup of sugar, then pour 1/2 cup of hot water over the top.
    Do not mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
