Miso Shiru - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1/4 c. dried shrimp or any of dashi ingredients
    1/2 c. miso
    1/2 tofu, diced
    3 green onions, cut in 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Make soup stock by boiling water and shrimp (or meat) for about 30 minutes; strain.
    Add miso, tofu and green onions; cook for about 5 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 5.
