Fresh Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix dry and liquid ingredients separately. Grease only bottoms of muffin cups (24).
    Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Make a well in the center.
    In separate bowl, beat eggs, stir in oil and milk.
    Pour into center of well.
    Stir ONLY until flour mixture is moist.
    Batter will be rough looking. Gently add berries.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 24.
