Overnight Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 pkg. dry yeast (not RapidRise)
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. warm milk
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, sugar and Crisco.
    Set aside.
    Dissolve the yeast in water with sugar.
    Let rise.
    Mix warm milk, eggs and yeast mixture.
    Stir and add to flour mixture.
    Refrigerate overnight in a large greased sealed bowl.
    Remove next day and use for sweet rolls, dumplings, hard rolls, kuchen or deep fried bread.
    This dough can be kept refrigerated for 8 days.
