Chicken-Vegetable Soup(You Can Freeze In Quart Containers; Defrost When Needed.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 c. water
    1 low-salt chicken bouillon cube
    3 fresh tomatoes or 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can no-salt whole tomatoes, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. diced zucchini
    1 pkg. fresh mushrooms or 1 (8 oz.) can
    2 chicken boneless breast halves, cooked and diced
Preparation
    In pot, saute onion until limp.
    Combine water, bouillon, tomatoes, basil, paprika and garlic.
    Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add mushrooms, zucchini and chicken. Simmer 8 minutes, uncovered.
