Cinnamon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. milk, scalded
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 cake compressed yeast
    1/8 c. warm water
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Combine milk, butter and sugar.
    Add salt.
    Soften yeast in lukewarm water; stir and combine with cooled milk mixture.
    Add egg.
    Add enough flour to make a soft dough.
    Turn out on floured board; knead.
    Place in greased bowl; let rise 1 1/2 hours.
    Roll into a rectangle (8 x 10 inches wide).
    Spread with cinnamon and sugar.
    Roll, jelly roll fashion.
    Place in greased pan; let rise. Bake for 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
