Mom'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    12 to 14 large black olives, sliced
    1 small minced onion or onion powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Blend stewed tomatoes lightly in a blender (few seconds). Combine all ingredients; add stewed tomatoes.
    Shape into loaf. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
