Doris' Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. pot roast (arm or blade)
3 Tbsp. drippings
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 medium onion
Preparation
-
Season meat with pepper and salt and brown in drippings.
Mix other ingredients and add to pot.
Cover tightly and cook 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
Thicken liquid.
