pastry dough for 8-inch two crust pie
1/4 c. raisins
2 Tbsp. chopped citron
3 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1/4 c. dark brown sugar
milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Roll the pastry dough very thin.
Cut into 2 1/2-inch rounds, 48 in all.
Mix the raisins, citron, honey, butter, orange peel and brown sugar in a bowl.
Place a rounded teaspoonful in the center of half the pastry rounds. Moisten the edges with milk and place an unfilled round on top of each filled one.
Seal the edges with the tines of a fork and prick the top.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden.
