Sourdough Or Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    6 or more c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water; combine all ingredients.
    Place dough in covered bowl in refrigerator.
    No need to let rise before baking.
    Bake as you would do biscuits.
    Dough keeps well in refrigerator for about a week.
