Winter Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. dried chopped apricots
    3/4 c. water
    orange juice
    1/4 c. raisins
    2 medium size apples
    1 pear, sliced
    2 oranges
    1/2 grapefruit
    2 kiwi fruit, sliced
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    dash of cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    1 c. low-fat yogurt
    2 drops vanilla
Preparation
    Soak apricots in water overnight.
    Drain water into measuring cup and add enough orange juice to equal 3/4 cup liquid.
    Boil raisins, juice and apricots 5 minutes.
    Turn off heat.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Toss together.
    Chill before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
