Chicken Cordon Bleu(Weight Watchers) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. margarine
4 skinned and boned chicken breasts, pounded to 1/8-inch thickness
2 oz. sliced boiled ham
sliced Swiss cheese
3 Tbsp. plain dried bread crumbs
Preparation

In small skillet, heat half of the margarine over medium heat until bubbly and hot.
Add chicken; cook briefly on each side (just until no longer pink).
Transfer chicken to plate; top with ham, then cheese.
Starting from narrow end, roll chicken to enclose filling.
Secure with toothpick; transfer to shallow individual baking dish.
Set aside.
