Popeye Patties(Makes About 10 Tiny Patties) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boneless and skinless chicken breast (6 oz.), cut up into 1 to 2-inch chunks (about 3/4 c.)
1/2 slice whole wheat bread, torn into 4 pieces
1/4 c. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

Put all ingredients, except oil, into a food processor and process until finely ground.
Heat the oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat.
Drop 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the skillet for each patty and saute until brown on one side, about 1 minute.
Flip patties and saute until brown on the other side, about 1 minute.
Serve when cool enough to eat.
