4 medium baking potatoes, peeled and cut into strips (16 per potato)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0 and place the fries (do not overlap) on large nonstick baking sheet or one covered with foil.
Bake 1 hour. Turn fries over at 20 minute intervals for even browning.
One serving (8 fries) equals 1/2 bread exchange, 35 calories, 8 g carbohydrates and 1 g protein.
