Celery Seed French Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 small onion, grated
3/8 c. vinegar
1 c. salad oil
1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation

Mix the sugar, dry mustard, salt and onion and add 1/2 of the vinegar.
Add oil gradually.
Beat in remainder of vinegar.
Add celery seed last.
Mix all together in blender or food processor. The dressing becomes very thick and is excellent for cole slaw. Add to slaw
just before serving.
Keeps in refrigerator very well.
