Hash Brown Potatoes Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. cream of potato soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small onion
    salt and pepper
    dab of butter
Preparation
    Thaw the frozen hash browns.
    Cut the onion in small chunks. Mix all the ingredients.
    Put in a 9 x 11-inch glass Pyrex dish. Top with Parmesan cheese and a dab of butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 10.
