Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. softened butter
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    pinch salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine cheese and butter in a large bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients and gradually add to cheese mixture until dough is no longer crumbly.
    Shape into a ball.
    Use a cookie press to shape dough into straws.
    Cut into 2 inch lengths.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to12 minutes until lightly browned.
    Store in air tight containers with wax paper between layers.
