Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes (red)
    6 slices bacon, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets, cool and slice.
    Fry bacon.
    Add onion and bacon to potatoes.
    In small amount of bacon grease, blend in sugar, flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
    Remove from heat and add vinegar and water, stirring until well blended and smooth.
    Pour over potatoes and mix.
    Best if not refrigerated.
