Broccoli And Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) frozen cauliflower
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) condensed chicken broth
    2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. ground mace
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    7 c. milk
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    dash of peppercorn
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower
    with
    1/2
    of
    the
    broth for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Cook
    broccoli,
    mustard seed and dill weed with the rest of the broth until tender.
    Put cooked cauliflower, broth and mace into blender.
    Blend until smooth.
    Pour this mixture and broccoli
    mixture
    into
    1
    big
    soup
    pot.
    Fry onions in butter in frying pan.
    Add to soup.
    Add salt.
    Shake 1 cup of milk with flour in gravy mixer.
    Add slowly.
    Add the remaining milk.
    Cook until
    thick
    and
    bubbly.
    Add
    cheese right before serving. Serve after cheese melts.
