Spinach And Zucchini Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. pine nuts
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 lb. fresh spinach
4 garlic cloves, minced
3 shallots, minced
1 onion, minced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 zucchini, diced
2 eggs
1/2 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Star anise powder
1/2 tsp. orange rind
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. thyme
black pepper
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix Parmesan, bread crumbs and pine nuts together with 1 tablespoon olive oil for topping.
Set aside. Steam spinach; drain and set aside.
