Skillet Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. thick cut chops
2 unpeeled lemons, sliced
1 large sweet onion, rings
1 green bell pepper, rings
1 tsp. salt (or less)
2 c. tomato juice
1 Tbsp. margarine (butter)
Preparation

Place pork chops in a large covered skillet.
Place rings of lemon, onion and green pepper on top of chops.
Sprinkle with salt. Pour tomato juice on top and dot with butter.
Cover and cook on top of stove (or in electric skillet) 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Serve hot.
Keep rings in place to make an attractive dish.
