Ham And Egg Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. cubed ham
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    This may be fried or baked at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until set.
