Asparagus And Pine Nut Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Parmesan
    1/4 tsp. aspatita
    1 Tbsp. pine nuts
    4 pita breads
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    9 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    9 oz. asparagus, fresh, chopped, reserve heads
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. basil leaves, packed
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Cook asparagus in a bit of water until soft.
    In one tablespoon of olive oil, toast the pine nuts.
    In food processor, put the pine nuts with the olive oil.
    Add basil, rest of the olive oil, Parmesan, aspatita and salt.
    Blend until well mixed.
    Take asparagus from pot and drain.
    Do not overcook.
    Put pita breads on cookie sheet.
    Pour sauce over each pita bread, spreading evenly, leaving a border.
    Top each bread with a few asparagus pieces. Sprinkle each with bell pepper.
    Top with Mozzarella then Parmesan. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for a few minutes.
