Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large strawberry Jell-O
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed undrained pineapple
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Put Jell-O and undrained pineapple in a pan and heat. Do not boil. Remove from heat and add buttermilk, pecans and Cool Whip. Mix well. Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate.
