Autumn Beef Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (14 1/2 oz. each) cans Del Monte Italian style stewed tomatoes
2 (13 3/4 oz. each) cans beef broth
1 (17 oz.) can Del Monte mixed vegetables
1/2 c. uncooked medium egg noodles
1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation

In a large pot brown meat with onion.
Cook until onion is tender.
Drain.
Salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bring to boil and reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Serves 8.
