Sweet N Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork (shoulder, chops, etc.)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    oil (for deep frying)
    3 tsp. soy sauce
    6 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
    12 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1 onion, sliced
    1 red bell pepper, cut in strips
    1 green bell pepper, cut in strips
    pineapple tidbits
Preparation
    Cut pork into cubes and marinate in the next 3 ingredients for 10 minutes.
    Dip in cornstarch, then deep fry until golden brown.
