Ingredients

3 eggs
2 to 3 c. milk
1 c. flour (adjust to desired thickness of pancakes)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cube butter or margarine
Preparation

Mix all ingredients with mixer.
Preheat preferably 2 frying pans with dash of margarine in each.
Have plenty of ventilation as it may get smoky.
Pour batter in frying pan and tilt pan until you obtain a thin layer covering.
Cook quickly at medium temperature. Store in warm pan in oven until all done.
Serve with your choice of toppings.
