Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. mustard
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1/3 c. oil
    1 sweet pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper or to taste
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown rice, onion and sweet pepper in oil.
    Add 2 cans tomato sauce and water (but boil water first).
    Add salt, mustard and pepper; bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes.
    Do not dry. Remove from heat; cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
