Egg Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    2 1/4 c. milk
    10 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. cubed bread
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large skillet, brown sausage over medium heat.
    Drain well and set aside.
    In large bowl, combine milk, eggs, mustard and salt.
    Beat one minute at medium speed. Stir in cheese, bread and sausage.
    Pour into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
    Serves 12.
