Mock Lobster Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. perch or flounder
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. garlic juice
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    30 crackers, crumbled
    1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Butter casserole dish and place thawed fish in bottom. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Add lemon juice to soup and pour over this.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
