Vegetable Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 carrots
4 stalks celery
1 small green pepper
1/2 small onion
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
sour cream (to make spreading consistency)
1 tsp. vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Grind together carrots, celery, green pepper and onion and drain well.
(Can be done in blender with small amount of water and drained well.)
Mix with cream cheese and enough sour cream to make spreading consistency.
Add vinegar and salt and pepper to taste.
Blend together.
Refrigerate about 2 days.
Make sandwiches.
(This makes a different sandwich for a shower or WCG meeting.)
