Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine, melted
1 can cream-style corn
1 (16 oz.) can regular corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) box corn muffin mix (example: Jiffy)
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Bake in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Top with cheese and bake an additional 20 minutes.
