Dutch Cracked Wheat Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cracked wheat or bulgar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. molasses
2 c. boiling water
2 c. flour
Preparation

Stir all ingredients except flour in the boiling water. Add flour until moist. Grease and flour loaf pan. Add mixture and cover with second loaf pan upside down. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
