Oreo Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed
    1/2 c. butter
    2/3 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. butter
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 gal. butter brickle ice cream
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream 1/2 cup
    butter and Oreos together; pat into an 8 x 8-inch and a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Refrigerate.
    Melt chips and 1/2 cup butter together.
    Gradually add milk and powdered sugar, stirring constantly.
    Boil for 8 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vanilla.
    Place ice cream on top of cookie base.
    Pour hot chocolate sauce over ice cream.
    Top with chopped nuts.
    Freeze.
