New Orleans Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    9-inch baked pie shell
    2 egg whites
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. broken pecans
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients.
    Cook until thick on medium for 5 minutes.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Beat egg whites.
    Gradually add the brown sugar.
    Beat until stiff.
    Put on top of pie.
    Add pecans. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
