Curried Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box long grain wild rice (Uncle Ben's regular)
2 c. cooked chicken breasts (3 whole)
2 c. cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 can water chestnuts, diced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook rice according to directions on box.
Put rice on bottom of long Pyrex dish. Cube chicken (place on top of rice).
Combine remaining ingredients and pour on top.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
